عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه و سلم قَالَ:
'An Abī Hurayrata raḍiya-llāhu 'anhu 'anin-nabiyyi ṣalla-llāhu 'alayhi wa sallama qāl:
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA) from the Prophet (ﷺ) who said:
"مَنْ نَفَّسَ عَنْ مُؤْمِنٍ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ الدُّنْيَا"
"Man naffasa 'an mu'minin kurbatan min kurabid-dunyā"
"Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer,"
"نَفَّسَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كُرْبَةً مِنْ كُرَبِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ،"
"naffasallāhu 'anhu kurbatan min kurabi yawmil-qiyāmah,"
"Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Resurrection."
"وَمَنْ يَسَّرَ عَلَى مُعْسِرٍ،"
"wa man yassara 'alā mu'sirin,"
"And whoever alleviates the need of a needy person,"
"يَسَّرَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ،"
"yassarallāhu 'alayhi fid-dunyā wal-ākhirah,"
"Allah will alleviate his needs in this world and the Hereafter."
"وَمَنْ سَتَرَ مُسْلِمًا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ،"
"wa man satara musliman satarahullāhu fid-dunyā wal-ākhirah,"
"And whoever shields a Muslim, Allah will shield him in this world and the Hereafter."
"وَاَللَّهُ فِي عَوْنِ الْعَبْدِ مَا كَانَ الْعَبْدُ فِي عَوْنِ أَخِيهِ،"
"wallāhu fī 'awnil-'abdi mā kānal-'abdu fī 'awni akhīh,"
"And Allah will aid His slave so long as he aids his brother."
"وَمَنْ سَلَكَ طَرِيقًا يَلْتَمِسُ فِيهِ عِلْمًا"
"wa man salaka ṭarīqan yaltamisu fīhi 'ilman"
"And whoever follows a path to seek knowledge therein,"
"سَهَّلَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهِ طَرِيقًا إلَى الْجَنَّةِ،"
"sahhalallāhu lahū bihī ṭarīqan ilal-jannah,"
"Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise."
"وَمَا اجْتَمَعَ قَوْمٌ فِي بَيْتٍ مِنْ بُيُوتِ اللَّهِ"
"wa māj-tama'a qawmun fī baytin min buyūtillāh"
"No people gather together in one of the Houses of Allah,"
"يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَ اللَّهِ وَيَتَدَارَسُونَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ؛"
"yatlūna kitāballāhi wa yatadārasūnahū fīmā baynahum;"
"reciting the Book of Allah and studying it among themselves,"
"إلَّا نَزَلَتْ عَلَيْهِمْ السَّكِينَةُ، وَغَشِيَتْهُمْ الرَّحْمَةُ،"
"illā nazalat 'alayhimus-sakīnatu, wa ghashiyat-humur-raḥmah,"
"except that tranquility descends upon them, and mercy envelops them,"
"وَحَفَّتْهُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ، وَذَكَرَهُمْ اللَّهُ فِيمَنْ عِنْدَهُ،"
"wa ḥaffat-humul-malā'ikatu, wa dharakahumullāhu fīman 'indah,"
"and the angels surround them, and Allah mentions them amongst those with Him."
"وَمَنْ أَبَطْأَ بِهِ عَمَلُهُ لَمْ يُسْرِعْ بِهِ نَسَبُهُ"
"wa man abṭa'a bihī 'amaluhū lam yusri' bihī nasabuh"
"And whoever is slowed down by his actions, will not be hastened forward by his lineage."
رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ.
